Terms of Use – MGRE
By creating an account or using MGRE (“the Platform”), you agree to the following terms.
1. Provider Identity
This platform is operated by Mohab Ghaly (“Platform Provider”). The name of the platform and provider may be updated in future versions without affecting these Terms.
2. Nature of Service
MGRE is a digital platform designed to assist real estate brokerage operations in Dubai, including but not limited to data management, document generation, reporting, and workflow support across various roles.
The Platform is provided on a voluntary, non-guaranteed basis, and the Provider may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account.
5. User Data & Content
Users may upload, store, and process data including listings, documents, and client-related information.
• Users retain ownership of their uploaded data.
• The Platform Provider does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or use of such data.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to use and upload such data.
6. Data Storage & Export
• The Platform may store user data for operational purposes.
• Users are responsible for exporting and securing their data using available export features.
• The Platform Provider does not guarantee permanent storage or availability of data.
• Upon termination, data may be deleted without obligation to provide copies.
7. Generated Outputs
Reports, analytics, or system-generated outputs that are not explicitly saved or exported by the user are considered temporary and are not guaranteed to be retained or recoverable.
8. Platform Usage Restrictions
Users must not:
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the system
• Use automated tools to extract data (scraping)
• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
9. Termination of Access
The Platform Provider may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
Upon termination, users must cease all use of the Platform.
10. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
The Platform Provider is not liable for:
• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Errors in generated outputs
• Any indirect or consequential damages
11. Modifications
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
